Handling Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Cost & Method
We offer free shipping on every order — one flat rate, no minimum purchase required. This is currently our only shipping method at checkout.
Transit Time
Once your order ships, transit time is typically 3–6 business days. Combined with handling time, most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of being placed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We're not yet able to ship internationally — if that changes, we'll update this page.
Packaging
Every graphics card ships in its original manufacturer retail box, further protected with additional padding inside an outer shipping box to guard against transit damage to the card and its packaging.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. GPUCoreX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only before the order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@GPUCoreX.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
